About Me
My name is Heidi. I was born in Helsinki and I lived my childhood in a small village in Finland.Â
I have been teaching Finnish online since 2018. I love teaching and helping people and my goal is to help people to learn Finnish and to raise awareness of the Finnish culture worldwide.Â
I wanted to help people to learn and improve their Finnish and first I started by giving private one-on-one online lessons. Later on I also taught Finnish to small groups. I did thousands of online lessons with hundreds of happy students who have improved their Finnish a lot with me. Over time, I noticed that I would have liked to coach even more people if I just had time for it.
Therefore, I decided to create self-paced online courses so that I could share my love to my language and to my country!Â
